1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, or IP address — constitutes a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information you provide must be:

• Full name as stated on your official Malaysia identification document.
• An active mobile number registered in your own name.
• A valid and reachable email address.
• Accurate bank details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is kept up to date at all times. 1988 club is not responsible for any delays or failures in processing transactions resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.

4. Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

1988 club supports a wide range of payment methods popular among users in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX), digital wallets, and other local payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

The terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for each withdrawal request.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account that of the same name with the 1988 Club account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours on business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and KYC verification requirements.
• Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider are entirely the member's responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1988 club subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus granted carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

8. Account Security and Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and all account login credentials. 1988 club recommends that you:

• Use a strong and unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

1988 club is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's negligence or failure to keep their login credentials secure. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have reported an account compromise to us in writing before the activity in question occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

1988 club provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1988 club will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or external events beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Any damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn — any remaining balance in an account closed at a member's request will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

1988 club reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Abuse of the bonus system or technical exploitation.

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, 1988 club reserves the right to hold the balance in that account until the investigation is concluded. Should the investigation confirm fraud or illegal activity, the relevant balance may be fully forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with 1988 club Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, you agree that your personal data may be used for the purposes of:

• Identity verification and the required KYC process.
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
